YOUR APARTMENT

You can join our private Facebook group here http://www.facebook.com/groups/hotelchevillongrez/ to know about local gatherings and "what do to where".

  • Your assigned apartment is set for the recipient of the grant and a family member (limited to spouse/cohabiting partner/family member).

  • For any additional relatives, for friends, colleagues, etc., there are (in limited extent) guest rooms for rent

  • If you wish to bring a child a special agreement must be made in advance with one of the contact persons below. An extra fee is likely to be applied.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances it may sometimes be necessary to change the apartment or artist atelier/workroom or both. In that case we will do our very best to offer an equivalent substitute.

Each apartment has a simple mini-kitchen. It is intended for breakfast, coffee and tea. For other meals the large common kitchen should be used.

Consumables such as toilet paper, detergents and washing-up liquid are to be supplied by the residents themselves.

Keys : You have three keys

  • The apartment key, which is separate for each apartment

  • The entrance key that goes to the three entrance doors, to the street (rue Wilson) and to the courtyard (from the hall and the kitchen respectively).

  • The garden's white gate key, which has a blue plastic head

The entrance door to rue Wilson must always be locked. It can be locked from the outside as well as from the inside. Entrance doors to the yard must be locked at night.

The courtyard gate (from the courtyard towards rue Carl Larsson) is opened and closed from inside with a sliding rule. The door should always be locked. The key to the laundry room is always sitting in the laundry room door.

Sheets and towels are provided. Yet you will have to wash these items by yourself during your stay. A common laundry room is available with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and possibilities to dry both outside and inside.

It is your responsibility to clean the apartment as well as any artist atelier or workroom that you have utilized both during your stay and before your departure.
