The Data Protection Regulation or the General Data Protection Regulation, known as the GDPR after the General Data Protection Regulation, is a European Regulation aimed at strengthening and harmonizing the protection of living natural persons within the European Union in the handling of personal data. Below is the Grez-sur-Loing Foundation's GDPR policy.

According to the GDPR, the Grez-sur-Loing Foundation must protect the identity of individuals. The Foundation distributes scholarships or equivalent only to a limited extent, and therefore generally does not collect personal data relating to, for example, economic, health-related or social conditions. To the extent that personal data still comes to the Foundation's knowledge of those who are staying at Hôtel Chevillon or otherwise have relations with the Foundation, these shall be available only to the Board, the Foundation's director at Hôtel Chevillon, the auditor and the authorities, as long as they are authorized. Personal data must be stored only during the time they are necessary.
